Dynamic Learning Centers, LLC DBA Skills To Adapt (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an educational online platform that provides access to learning modules, interactive activities, and integrated assistive communication tools.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only limited information necessary to operate the platform:

A. Account Information

• Name, if provided by agency administrator
• Email address
• Username
• Encrypted password credentials

B. Usage Information

• Login activity
• Course progress data
• Activity completion status
• Platform interaction data
• Device/browser type, for system functionality

We do not collect:

• Medical records
• Behavioral treatment notes
• Clinical documentation
• Diagnoses
• Protected Health Information (PHI)

SkillsToAdapt is not intended to function as a clinical documentation system.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Provide platform access
• Maintain user accounts
• Improve functionality and performance
• Provide customer support
• Monitor system security
• Generate aggregate usage analytics

We do not sell user data.

3. Third-Party Processing

We may use third-party service providers to support:

• Hosting infrastructure
• Cloud storage
• Authentication services
• Email communications
• Analytics tools

These providers process data only for operational purposes and under confidentiality obligations.

The platform integrates the open-source communication tool Cboard. Cboard functionality operates within its respective open-source license.

• For the duration of an active subscription
• For a reasonable period following termination for administrative, billing, and legal compliance purposes

Upon written request from an individual, an agency administrator, account data may be deleted subject to contractual and legal requirements.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Educational Use Only

SkillsToAdapt is an educational platform. It is not intended for medical, clinical, or therapeutic recordkeeping.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

A. Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers, such as name and email address
• Internet or network activity information, such as login activity and usage data

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under California law.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
