TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern access to and use of the SkillsToAdapt® platform.
The platform is owned and operated by:
Dynamic Learning Centers, LLC, doing business as “SkillsToAdapt” (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Educational Purpose Only
SkillsToAdapt® is an educational platform designed to support skill development activities.
The platform:
- Is not therapy
- Does not provide medical advice
- Does not replace clinical services
- Does not generate treatment plans
- Does not provide behavioral or diagnostic services
Agencies and users remain solely responsible for all clinical, medical, or therapeutic decisions.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Users must access the platform through authorized agency accounts or approved registrations.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account confidentiality
- Notify us of unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. License Grant
The Company grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the platform solely for internal educational purposes during an active subscription term.
No ownership rights are transferred.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content, including but not limited to:
- Course modules
- Worksheets
- Interactive activities
- Curriculum structure
- Visual layouts
- Text, graphics, and audiovisual materials
- Compilation and organization
- Proprietary methodologies
are the exclusive property of Dynamic Learning Centers, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
SkillsToAdapt® is a federally registered trademark of Dynamic Learning Centers, LLC.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
5. Trade Secrets & Confidential Information
Certain non-public aspects of the platform, including:
- Internal business processes
- Pricing structures
- Development plans
- Sales strategies
- Proprietary implementation methods
constitute confidential and proprietary information.
Users and agencies agree not to disclose, replicate, or use such confidential information outside authorized use.
6. Permitted Printing & Internal Use
Printable worksheets and AAC boards may be printed solely for internal educational use within organizations.
Materials may not be:
- Resold
- Distributed publicly
- Uploaded to external platforms
- Used to create competing products
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users and agencies may not:
- Copy or redistribute content beyond permitted use
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Replicate platform structure or curriculum
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use materials to develop a competing service
- Misrepresent the platform as therapeutic or clinical
Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
8. Open-Source Component
The platform integrates the open-source communication tool
Cboard.
Cboard remains subject to its respective open-source license.
The Company does not claim ownership of Cboard software.
9. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
Total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic Learning Centers, LLC from claims arising out of:
- Misuse of the platform
- Violation of this Agreement
- Representation of the platform as medical or therapeutic
12. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access for:
- Breach of this Agreement
- Nonpayment
- Unauthorized copying or redistribution
13. DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy
If you believe that content on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
DMCA notices should be sent to:

We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
